- All submitted articles will be given equal opportunity for selection regardless of authors’ background, except for editions designated for PhD candidates from African Universities. We require authors to remove their names during submission. Regardless of the authors’ actions for anonymity, editors of the journal will arrange for external blind review of all submission.
